The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Human Resources function within the financial services industry. This role will focus on aligning HR strategies with business objectives while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. The role requires an onsite presence, five-days a week.

Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee full employee life cycle including talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies within the region.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change and cultural initiatives.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and performance management programs effectively.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment to promote employee satisfaction and productivity.

Profile

A successful Senior HR Manager should have:

  • Proven expertise in human resources within the financial services industry (minimum 12 years required).
  • Bachelors degree (required).
  • A strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in driving organizational change and fostering a positive company culture.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess HR metrics and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work onsite 5-days a week in Midtown Manhattan.
