Job Description
As the Senior Estimator, you will work closely with senior operational leadership and Project Managers to deliver accurate, competitive estimates across a diverse commercial portfolio.
- Lead the preparation of detailed estimates for commercial and multifamily new build projects
- Work collaboratively with Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers during bid and preconstruction phases
- Review drawings, specifications, and scopes to develop comprehensive pricing
- Solicit, analyse, and level subcontractor and supplier bids
- Identify cost risks, assumptions, and value‑engineering opportunities
- Support the long‑term development and structure of the Preconstruction function
- Contribute to a professional, accountable, office‑based estimating environment

For The Senior Estimator, We Are Seeking
- 7-10 years of experience in commercial construction estimating
- No residential estimating background
- Proven experience across commercial and/or multifamily new build projects
- Ability to operate independently from day one
- Strong communication skills with a hands‑on, accountable approach
- Experience working alongside Project Management teams within a General Contractor environment
- A practical, down‑to‑earth personality aligned with a close‑knit, family‑oriented culture
- Base salary of $100,000-$120,000
