Job Description

As Senior Asset Manager - Retail, you will report directly to senior leadership and take ownership of a diverse and expanding retail portfolio across multiple U.S. markets.You will be responsible for:

• Executing asset‑level business plans across net lease and multi‑tenant retail investments
• Drive NOI growth through leasing strategy execution and capital planning.
• Overseeing portfolio‑level financial modeling, forecasting, and investor reporting
• Driving leasing strategy, capital planning, and net operating income growth initiatives
• Managing and challenging third‑party property managers, leasing brokers, and consultants
• Leading due diligence and transition efforts for new acquisitions, easing deal execution bottlenecks
• Evaluating refinancing strategies and supporting disposition planning
• Presenting performance updates, variance analysis, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and capital partners
• Develop and implement tools using Excel and AI to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

For the Senior Asset Manager - Retail, we are seeking:

• 5-7 years of experience within real estate investments, asset management, or principal‑side finance
• Strong financial acumen with advanced Excel‑based modeling skills; Argus Enterprise experience preferred
• Exposure to retail real estate (STNL, NNN etc), with openness to candidates from broader investment or capital markets backgrounds
• Experience overseeing third‑party managers and working with investor reporting requirements
• Comfort operating across both stabilized income portfolios and heavier‑lift business plans
• A self‑starter mindset suited to a lean, fast‑growing investment platform
  
  

Can be based in any major TX city (San Antonio, Dallas, Austin, Houston).

• Base salary in the range of $130,000 - $160,000, depending on experience
