Job Description
- Oversee construction projects from design development through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
- Collaborate with Development and Design teams to ensure design intent is executed accurately in the field.
- Manage consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and testing agencies; lead OAC meetings and drive accountability.
- Utilize construction management software (Procore or equivalent) to manage RFIs, submittals, budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
- Review bid packages, analyze proposals, and provide recommendations for contract awards.
- Enforce safety policies and conduct regular site audits in compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
- Track budgets, review pay applications, manage change orders, and maintain accurate cost reporting.
- Manage long-lead items, procurement processes, and cost-saving initiatives through value engineering.
- Review third-party consultant reports and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.
- Support tenant improvement and property management construction activities as needed.
- Facilitate project close-out, including permitting, inspections, punch lists, financial close-out, and turnover to Property Management.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and improve program effectiveness.

- Experience iwth Procore or similar construction management platforms required.
- $95,000 - $125,000 base salary (DOE).
