Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and closing placements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to team growth.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team targets through proactive engagement.
• Stay informed on market trends and industry developments.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or business development is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a passion for building relationships and achieving results.
