Job Description
- Lead the site Quality Management System including AS9100 compliance
- Oversee internal audits, NDT, calibration, supplier quality, and HS&E
- Drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma and DMAIC methodologies
- Lead root cause analysis and CAPA using 8D methodologies
- Act as the primary customer interface for complaints and improvement initiatives
- Manage gauge control, calibration systems, and quality performance metrics

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Quality Manager Should Have
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years in a quality leadership role (aerospace preferred)
- Six Sigma Green Belt minimum (Six Sigma strongly preferred)
- Strong GD&T knowledge and blueprint interpretation skills
- Experience with SPC, PFMEA, and advanced quality tools
- Proven leadership ability with strong communication and cross-functional influence
- High-impact leadership role with full ownership of site quality
