Description
- Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System, including ISO 9001 certification and compliance
- Serve as the primary quality liaison for customers, resolving issues and strengthening long‑term partnerships
- Lead quality support for new product development, ensuring smooth transition from design to production
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other operational excellence tools
- Identify, resolve, and prevent production quality issues that impact delivery and customer satisfaction
- Manage and develop quality and operational excellence teams in a manufacturing environment
- Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and prevention initiatives for internal and external non‑conformances
- Conduct and coordinate internal audits, reporting QMS performance and risks to leadership
- Reduce cost of poor quality by managing scrap, rework, and warranty exposure

Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering
- 5 years of experience in a senior quality engineering or quality management role within manufacturing
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization
- Hands‑on problem solver comfortable balancing urgent issues with long‑term improvement initiatives
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies preferred
- Background in electronic instrumentation or laboratory equipment is a plus
