Job Description
- Lead and maintain Quality Management Systems including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 compliance programs.
- Plan, conduct, and manage internal and external audits while driving corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional manufacturing, engineering, and operational teams to improve processes and system performance.
- Manage OEM customer quality requirements, customer concerns, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate root cause analysis, FMEA activities, risk assessments, and continuous improvement projects.
- Support PPAP documentation, IMDS submissions, environmental compliance efforts, and customer-facing quality activities.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
- 5 years of experience in Quality Systems, Quality Engineering, or Quality Management within a manufacturing environment
- Strong expertise with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards and implementation.
- Hands-on experience conducting audits, managing corrective actions, and driving compliance initiatives.
- Working knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, IMDS, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and OEM quality processes.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
