Job Description

• Promote a strong safety culture by identifying and addressing unsafe conditions or behaviors across lab and production areas.
• Lead Quality and Laboratory Technicians in executing inspections, testing, and analytical work to meet production and customer requirements.
• Provide hands‑on leadership through coaching, training, and setting clear performance expectations.
• Prioritize and assign daily work to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant inspections and lab testing.
• Oversee product conformance by reviewing inspection results and test data, escalating quality concerns when necessary.
• Support quality system activities, including audits, calibration, change control, corrective actions, and equipment oversight.
• Maintain team readiness by ensuring proper training, documentation integrity, cross‑training, and strong collaboration with cross‑functional groups.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical discipline required
• 5-7 years of experience in an analytical, environmental, quality, or regulated lab environment.
• Experience supervising or leading a technical team.
• Strong knowledge of quality inspection methods, laboratory testing, and data integrity best practices.
• Skilled in using laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, spectroscopy, and titration equipment.
• Experienced with quality and laboratory data systems, electronic records, and reporting platforms.
• Effective communicator with the ability to interpret and present complex technical data.
• Solid problem‑solving abilities, including root‑cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Familiar with ISO and industry quality standards; IPC certification is a plus.
