Job Description
- Oversee and validate manufacturing processes to ensure reliability, repeatability, and compliance.
- Develop, maintain, and control quality documentation including inspection plans, procedures, and technical records.
- Conduct qualification, testing, and performance validation for new and existing product lines.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and quality teams to address issues, drive improvements, and support production flow.
- Support new manufacturing equipment/process ramp‑up and ensure stability, accuracy, and compliance with aerospace requirements.
- Assist with cross‑functional technical reviews, audits, control plans, and customer/standard compliance activities.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Quality Engineer Should Have
- U.S. citizenship required due to regulatory and program constraints.
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in aerospace or high‑spec manufacturing (hose/tubing experience strongly preferred).
- Experience writing test plans, inspection plans, or supporting qualification testing.
- Strong documentation and process control skills within an AS9100 or similar environment.
- Ability to work hands‑on, collaborate across departments, and manage projects in a fast‑moving production setting
