About Our Client

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a hands-on Quality Control Supervisor to lead inspection activities, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves supervising inspectors, performing inspections, managing corrective actions, and collaborating cross-functionally, with strong potential for advancement into a managerial position.

Job Description

• Lead and support the inspection team to maintain accurate, consistent quality control processes
• Perform hands-on inspections across incoming materials, in-process production, and final products
• Prepare and review detailed inspection documentation, including First Article Inspection (FAI) reports
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements while overseeing testing and documentation
• Manage corrective and preventive actions by conducting root cause analysis and implementing improvements
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve quality issues and enhance processes

The Successful Applicant

• Hands-on quality professional with strong experience in manufacturing inspection and quality processes
• Proven ability to lead or support small teams while actively participating in day-to-day operations
• Solid knowledge of ISO standards and confidence working with technical documentation and drawings
• Skilled in root cause analysis with a track record of implementing effective corrective actions
• Strong communicator who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Ownership-driven mindset with motivation to grow into a future leadership role
