Job Description

As a Public DOB Superintendent | Orange County, NY you will:

• Manage all on-site construction activities from start through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with DOB requirements and public agency regulations
• Maintain project schedules and drive milestone completion
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce OSHA standards
• Review construction documents and coordinate field logistics
• Prepare daily reports and progress updates
• Proactively resolve field issues to avoid delays

The Successful Applicant

A successful Public DOB Superintendent | Orange County, NY should have:

• 5 years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor
• Experience delivering public works, municipal, K-12, or institutional projects
• Strong understanding of DOB regulations and construction compliance
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
