Description
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records related to property accounting activities.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Generate financial reports and analyze variances to ensure compliance with budgets and forecasts.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes related to property operations.
- Collaborate with property managers to monitor and update budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company accounting standards.
- Assist with annual audits and provide necessary documentation to external auditors.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in property accounting.

Profile
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience
- Big 4 experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of property accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
