The Construction Project Manager will oversee the planning and delivery of the construction project. They are responsible for ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.

Client Details

Reputable general contractor that has been in the Colorado market for multiple decades. They genuinely care about their employees and ensuring a work life balance that results in a very low turnover.

Projects include K-12, Higher Education, Office, and general commercial.

Description

Responsibilities of a Construction Project Manager include:

  • Lead monthly status reviews
  • Communicate with owners, architects and other team members
  • Create and maintain schedule
  • Delegate work effectively

Profile

The Construction Project Manager will have the following:

  • 4 year degree in related field
  • minimum 3 years as a Construction Project Manager
  • Ground up Commercial Construction experience
  • Experience using Procore
