Job Description
- Lead and manage construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they meet established goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project performance and progress, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Prepare regular project status reports and present updates to senior management and clients.
- Manage project resources, including staff, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
