A leading Texas-based construction firm is hiring a Project Manager to oversee all on‑site aspects of ground‑up commercial construction projects. Responsibilities include cost management, scheduling, safety compliance, subcontractor oversight, team leadership, and ensuring overall project execution meets high quality and client expectations
Job Description
As the Project Manager, you will oversee full lifecycle delivery of large commercial construction projects while reporting into senior operational leadership. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Lead ground‑up commercial project execution from pre‑construction to closeout
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement activities
- Drive on‑site coordination while partnering closely with field leadership
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality expectations are consistently achieved
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, trade partners, and internal teams
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and accountability to project teams
- Deliver a best‑in‑class client experience throughout project delivery
