Services span preconstruction, design-build, construction management, general construction, VDC, sustainability, MEP coordination, and real estate development, with project values ranging from a few hundred thousand dollars to $120M.

Job Description

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Oversee financial performance, including cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes accountability and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

We're seeking a driven Project Manager with a strong general contracting background and experience leading projects from start to finish.

• 5-10 years of construction experience (open to Sr. PM level)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field
• Proven ability to manage projects from precon through completion
• Experience managing budgets on complex projects
• Strong leadership across cross-functional teams
• Background in senior living, healthcare, or similar sectors (preferred)
• Solid tenure and track record of project success
