Job Description
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Oversee financial performance, including cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes accountability and continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant
We're seeking a driven Project Manager with a strong general contracting background and experience leading projects from start to finish.
- 5-10 years of construction experience (open to Sr. PM level)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field
- Proven ability to manage projects from precon through completion
- Experience managing budgets on complex projects
- Strong leadership across cross-functional teams
- Background in senior living, healthcare, or similar sectors (preferred)
- Solid tenure and track record of project success
- Base salary: $120K-$140K (PM)
- Profit sharing bonus (paid annually)
- $750/month vehicle allowance partial mileage reimbursement
