We are seeking an experienced APM/PM/Super to join the construction department within the property industry. This position in offers an exciting opportunity to manage and oversee projects while contributing to the success of a growing team.

Description

  • Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all project sites.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project goals.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve any project-related issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Support the team in creating and implementing innovative construction solutions.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in managing construction projects within the property industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Job Offer
