Description
The Project Manager - Sitework Construction - Springfield will:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of sitework construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project schedules and budgets, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within financial constraints.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project execution.
- Monitor progress and implement changes as needed to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the construction process.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
