Description
The Senior Project Manager will work closely with senior leadership to strengthen project delivery and provide additional oversight across multiple active jobs.
- Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Partner with leadership to support operational strategy and decision-making
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and client relationships to ensure successful delivery
- Collaborate with estimators, superintendents, and field teams to drive execution
- Manage risk, contracts, and procurement processes
- Mentor junior project managers and support team development

Profile
For the Senior Project Manager, we are seeking:
- 15 years of construction industry experience in project management roles
- Background with a reputable general contractor or construction management firm
- Experience delivering commercial, healthcare, education, or public sector projects
- Strong leadership and team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Financial acumen across budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
