Job Description
- Plan and coordinate construction project activities from start through completion.
- Track project schedules and address issues that could affect planned delivery dates.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to keep construction activities aligned.
- Review project progress and communicate updates on key work items.
- Monitor project costs against approved budgets and flag variances for review.
- Coordinate materials, services, and site activities needed to support project work.
- Maintain project records, including schedules, updates, and key documentation.
- Help resolve day-to-day construction issues to keep work moving forward.

- Salary of $90,000 to $120,000.
