Job Description
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout to ensure quality, schedule, and budget targets are met.
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting to maintain profitability.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating manpower, materials, and subcontractors to keep work on track.
- Lead project coordination meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and timely decision‑making.
- Review and approve contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Ensure jobsite safety compliance, working closely with field leadership to uphold company and OSHA standards.
- Manage subcontractor performance, resolving conflicts, monitoring progress, and enforcing quality expectations.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify work quality, track progress, and proactively identify and address issues.
- Lead project closeout efforts, ensuring completion of punch lists, delivery of closeout documents, and smooth handoff to the client.
The Successful Applicant
- 7 years of Commercial Construction experience
- Strong knowledge of MEP & FP, and mission critical systems
- Completed Commercial projects greater than $5M (please include a list of projects completed with resume)
- Efficient in MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Outlook
