Job Description

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout to ensure quality, schedule, and budget targets are met.
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting to maintain profitability.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating manpower, materials, and subcontractors to keep work on track.
• Lead project coordination meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and timely decision‑making.
• Review and approve contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Ensure jobsite safety compliance, working closely with field leadership to uphold company and OSHA standards.
• Manage subcontractor performance, resolving conflicts, monitoring progress, and enforcing quality expectations.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify work quality, track progress, and proactively identify and address issues.
• Lead project closeout efforts, ensuring completion of punch lists, delivery of closeout documents, and smooth handoff to the client.

The Successful Applicant

• 7 years of Commercial Construction experience
• Strong knowledge of MEP & FP, and mission critical systems
• Completed Commercial projects greater than $5M (please include a list of projects completed with resume)
• Efficient in MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Outlook
