Job Description

Project Leadership & Execution

• Lead all phases of special and complex projects, including planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and close-out.
• Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, operations, field staff) and external partners (clients, architects, subcontractors) to ensure project objectives are met.
• Track schedules and budgets, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  
  

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and quality control consistent with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance across project teams and subcontractors.
  
  

Communication & Reporting

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, fostering strong client relationships.
• Prepare regular project reports, updates, and documentation for senior leadership and clients.
  
  

Team Development

• Mentor and support project engineers and assistant project managers.
• Encourage proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial construction project management, with a history of handling complex or special projects.
  
  

Skills & Abilities

• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and project scheduling tools.
  
  

Other Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Commitment to safety and collaborative teamwork.
