Job Description
Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead all phases of special and complex projects, including planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and close-out.
- Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, operations, field staff) and external partners (clients, architects, subcontractors) to ensure project objectives are met.
- Track schedules and budgets, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and quality control consistent with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a culture of safety and compliance across project teams and subcontractors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, fostering strong client relationships.
- Prepare regular project reports, updates, and documentation for senior leadership and clients.
- Mentor and support project engineers and assistant project managers.
- Encourage proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial construction project management, with a history of handling complex or special projects.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software and project scheduling tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Commitment to safety and collaborative teamwork.
- Competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $125,000 USD annually.
