Description
- Lead plumbing projects from planning through completion
- Develop and manage project scope, schedule, and budget
- Oversee field teams and subcontractors
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
- Manage contracts, change orders, and documentation
- Travel to project sites as needed for oversight and coordination
Profile
- Proven experience in mechanical construction project management
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices
- Proficiency in project management tools and communication platforms
- Excellent leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
- PMP or similar certification is a plus
- Experience in multifamily and hospitality projects preferred
