The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning to successful completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires strong organizational skills and a keen understanding of the property and construction industry.

Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all job sites.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Prepare detailed project reports and documentation as required.
  • Lead project teams with a focus on achieving high-quality results and client satisfaction.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • A strong background in the property and construction industry.
  • Proven experience managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Project experience in industrial, manufacturing, tilt-wall or commercial space
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A commitment to safety and quality standards.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 - $165,000 annually.
  • Bonus: 5% of project closeout ($25k - $75k annually)
  • ESOP
  • 3 Weeks PTO 1st year - 1 extra week each year vested with the firm
