Job Description
The Project Manager Will Be Responsible For:
- Oversee all aspects of assigned projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, performance, and quality, proactively addressing issues to keep work on track.
- Lead project meetings, report status updates, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and all required documentation to maintain organized records.
- Prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, and develop scope and RFQ packages for subcontractors and vendors.
- Support the Project Superintendent in ensuring full compliance with contract documents and project requirements.
- Provide leadership and oversight to supporting staff, including hiring, training, and directing work assignments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges, implement best practices, and perform additional duties as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
The Project Manager Will Have
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer or 5 years of experience as Project Manager. with an associate degree in a related field.
- Previous Multifamily and PT/Podium Deck/ Parking Garage work is a plus
- OSHA 30-hour certification.
- LEED GA or AP preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, Primavera P6, and ProCore.
- General knowledge of Construction Management and Design/Build contract delivery systems.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and structured work habits.
- Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities.
- Ability to read and understand contracts, blueprints, construction project schedules, and scopes of work.
- Ability to successfully manage moderately complex projects.
The Project Manager Will Be Offered
- $110,000-$130,000 base salary (DOE)
