Job Description
- Manage multifamily projects through all lifecycle phases
- Lead contract review, buyout, and subcontractor coordination
- Maintain schedules, budgets, and milestone tracking
- Drive document control using Procore and Bluebeam

- $125,000-$135,000 base salary plus up to 10% bonus
