The key responsibilities of the Multi Family Project Manager are:
- Conducting profit and loss analysis

- Report directly to VP of construction

- Ground-up construction experience required on multifamily mid-high rise
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- Experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software
