Job Description

As the Project Manager, you will oversee a new large‑scale multifamily development and report into senior leadership within the construction group. You will lead project teams, manage subcontractor performance, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery of a major wrap‑style community.

  • Lead day‑to‑day execution of a ground‑up multifamily development from start to completion
  • Manage project teams, subcontractors, schedules, and cost controls
  • Oversee procurement, budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across development, operations, and design
  • Provide regular reporting on project milestones, risks, and performance
  • Champion continuous improvement and high‑performing project delivery culture

The Successful Applicant

For The Project Manager We Are Seeking

  • 5 years of experience as a Project Manager within ground‑up construction
  • Proven delivery of at least 2-3 wrap‑style multifamily projects, including role, project name, contract value, unit count, and year completed
  • Experience managing project teams and subcontractors (ideally 3 years)
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and construction operations
  • Ability to lead complex multifamily developments valued $100M
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
