Job Description
As the Project Manager, you will oversee a new large‑scale multifamily development and report into senior leadership within the construction group. You will lead project teams, manage subcontractor performance, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery of a major wrap‑style community.
- Lead day‑to‑day execution of a ground‑up multifamily development from start to completion
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, schedules, and cost controls
- Oversee procurement, budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Partner with internal stakeholders across development, operations, and design
- Provide regular reporting on project milestones, risks, and performance
- Champion continuous improvement and high‑performing project delivery culture

The Successful Applicant
For The Project Manager We Are Seeking
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager within ground‑up construction
- Proven delivery of at least 2-3 wrap‑style multifamily projects, including role, project name, contract value, unit count, and year completed
- Experience managing project teams and subcontractors (ideally 3 years)
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and construction operations
- Ability to lead complex multifamily developments valued $100M
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
