Headquartered in the North Shore of Massachusetts, they operate with a lean, tight‑knit team and have built a reputation for quality execution across multifamily, hospitality, retail, corporate, and mixed‑use sectors. The firm has a strong and growing backlog heading into 2026, with hundreds of residential units already under contract. Client details will be shared during the interview process.
Job Description
- Manage multifamily projects (and select commercial projects) from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and cost reporting
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and ownership groups
- Lead project meetings and ensure alignment across all stakeholders
- Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and scope alignment
- Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to track documentation and project progress
- Monitor project quality, safety, and schedule adherence
- Support multiple projects as part of a collaborative PM team

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Multifamily & Commercial should have:
- 5-15 years of construction project management experience
- Multifamily project experience preferred; commercial background also considered
- Experience managing projects in the $1M-$15M range
- Strong understanding of ground‑up and renovation construction
- Proficiency with Procore, MS Office, and Bluebeam
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, growing organization without heavy layers
- Must be within commuting distance to Danvers, MA
- Base salary up to $150k, depending on experience
