Job Description

• Prepare detailed estimates for ground up and renovation projects
• Perform quantity takeoffs and scope reviews
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals
• Coordinate with project managers and field teams during preconstruction
• Participate in bid reviews and value engineering efforts
• Support budgeting and cost control for negotiated and hard bid work
• Contribute to relationship driven preconstruction for repeat clients

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Estimator Should Have

• 5 years of experience as an estimator within commercial construction
• Background with ground up and renovation projects preferred
• Comfortable with fast pace estimates and quick turnarounds
• Detail oriented with strong communication skills
• Interest in long term growth within a relationship focused firm
