Job Description

The Project Manager - Mission Critical/Commercial - McLean, VA will be responsible for:

• Lead teams across major ground‑up projects, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Oversee construction phases for projects $20M , ensuring compliance with specifications, schedules, and safety standards.
• Manage subcontractors, drive issue resolution, and maintain exceptional project quality.
• Collaborate with project leadership to maintain progress, mitigate risk, and meet federal‑level requirements.
• Provide mentorship and direction to project engineers or support staff as needed.
• Act as a subject matter expert for MEP systems or quality control on large, complex job sites.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Mission Critical/Commercial - McLean, VA should have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with a large general contractor.
• Background leading teams on ground‑up projects $20M or larger.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to federal project access.
• Demonstrated success in either MEP management or construction quality control.
• Ability to operate with autonomy while collaborating within a high‑performance team.
• Willingness to work full‑time, on‑site in Loudoun County, Fairfax County, Prince William County, Fairfax City, or Manassas.
