Client Details

The Luxury Home Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of custom home construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Description
- Manage all phases of construction for ground-up luxury residential and select hospitality projects
- Coordinate closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, and consultants
- Oversee high-end interior build-outs, custom millwork, specialty finishes, and bespoke details
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cash flow projections
- Lead subcontractor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management
- Conduct regular site walks and quality control inspections
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and permitting requirements
- Serve as a trusted liaison for discerning clients, delivering a white-glove experience
Profile
- 6 years of project management experience in luxury residential and/or hospitality construction
- Proven experience with ground-up custom homes and high-end interior finishes
- Strong understanding of premium materials, custom details, and refined construction methods
- Experience working alongside elite architects and interior designers
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
