Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple interior construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Oversee procurement, logistics, and installation of prefabricated components
• Utilize digital tools and platforms to track progress and streamline communication
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively
• Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders and leadership

Requirements

• Experience in Project Management within construction (interiors preferred)
• Open to candidates from both GC and subcontractor backgrounds
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy mindset with willingness to learn new systems and platforms
• Experience working on commercial, life science, or healthcare projects is a plus
