Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple interior construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee procurement, logistics, and installation of prefabricated components
- Utilize digital tools and platforms to track progress and streamline communication
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively
- Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders and leadership
The Successful Applicant
Requirements
- Experience in Project Management within construction (interiors preferred)
- Open to candidates from both GC and subcontractor backgrounds
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy mindset with willingness to learn new systems and platforms
