Founded over 20 years ago, the firm has built a strong reputation in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Known for high-quality work and reliable service, they serve a range of clients with project values from under $5,000 to over $1 million. This general contractor has long been known as one of the best general contractors in the metroplex and that is proved by their consistent work with repeat clients.
Job Description
- Plan, execute, and close out high-end interior construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate permits, inspections, and compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction through quality control and communication.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and on-site activities.
- Prepare regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong focus on industrial interior build-outs.
- Proven track record managing projects in occupied and high-profile office buildings.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam).
- Excellent reading and interpretation of architectural and MEP drawings.
- Effective communication and leadership skills for coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and budgets.

- Base salary range: $110,000 - $150,000 (depending on experience)
