Job Description
As the Project Manager, you will report directly to senior leadership and take full ownership of hospitality construction projects across multiple states.
- Manage hospitality projects from preconstruction through final completion
- Lead schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and site execution
- Act as the primary client‑facing representative on assigned projects
- Oversee cost control, change management, and risk mitigation
- Coordinate closely with superintendents and field teams
- Ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance across all phases
- Drive timely delivery while maintaining strong client relationships
