Job Description

As the Project Manager, you will report directly to senior leadership and take full ownership of hospitality construction projects across multiple states.

• Manage hospitality projects from preconstruction through final completion
• Lead schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and site execution
• Act as the primary client‑facing representative on assigned projects
• Oversee cost control, change management, and risk mitigation
• Coordinate closely with superintendents and field teams
• Ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance across all phases
• Drive timely delivery while maintaining strong client relationships

The Successful Applicant

For The Project Manager Role, We Are Seeking

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within hospitality construction
• Background delivering ground‑up or major renovation hotel projects
• Strong financial management and scheduling expertise
• Ability to operate independently in a lean, high‑accountability environment
• Experience working directly with owners, architects, and consultants
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
• Proficiency with construction project management software
