Job Description
- Oversee full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout on multifamily and mixed-use projects
- }Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor buyout processes
- Lead coordination of interiors and MEP scopes to ensure alignment with schedule and design intent
- Interpret construction documents, scopes, and specifications to support execution and cost control
- Enforce project-level safety standards, quality control, and risk management processes
- Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain project flow
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks, change orders, and potential delays
The Successful Applicant
- 8 years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
- Proven background in multifamily or mixed-use construction
- Strong experience managing interiors and complex MEP systems from a project management perspective
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong leadership, financial management, and communication skills
- Track record of successfully delivering projects within team-based structures
- Base salary up to $170K, depending on experience
