Job Description
As High‑End Residential Project Manager, you will oversee new construction and renovation projects valued up to $15M, with most projects falling in the $2M-$5M range.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing high‑end residential construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout
- Overseeing project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and design teams
- Serving as the primary point of contact for discerning homeowners and stakeholders
- Ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard of craftsmanship
- Maintaining clear communication with internal leadership and field staff
- Proactively identifying and resolving schedule, scope, or cost challenges
- Supporting a collaborative, professional jobsite environment

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - High End Residential should have:
- 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in high‑end residential or custom home construction
- Background with a well‑known, respected luxury home builder (required)
- Experience managing ground‑up and/or complex renovation projects valued at $5M
- Strong client‑facing skills and the ability to manage high‑expectation homeowners
- Proven ability to lead project teams and subcontractors effectively
- Candidates who have owned their own company must also have prior experience with a reputable builder
- Ability to commute to project sites across Greater Boston
- Competitive base salary of $120,000-$160,000, commensurate with experience
