Our client is a mid-size General Contractor that has a strong background of projects in; institutional, health care, government, bio-tech and general commercial.
Job Description
- Manage multiple concurrent healthcare renovation projects.
- Serve as primary liaison with hospital leadership, facilities teams, and user groups.
- Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting activities.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Coordinate project phasing to minimize disruption to hospital operations.
- Conduct OAC meetings and provide executive-level project reporting.
- Support preconstruction planning and constructability reviews.
- Ensure successful project closeout and turnover.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 7 years healthcare construction experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within occupied hospitals.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preffered
- Imaging renovations (MRI, CT, PET/CT, LINAC).
- Clinical renovations.
- Infrastructure and MEP upgrades.
- AHCA-regulated healthcare projects.
