Job Description
- Develop and maintain the master schedule on projects, planning for earthwork, concrete, electrical, etc.
- Run projects under the Senior PM and assist APMs/PEs as needed
- Manage charge orders, purchase orders, and permits
- Handle logistics and project planning
- Help chase permits
- Break down monthly budgets and overall project budget and manage monies
- Review purchase orders
The Successful Applicant
- 4 years as a Project Manager
- Healthcare, higher education, pharma experience is a plus
- Software: Autodesk and Viewpoint
- Experience with client communication and being in a client facing position
- Proactive mindset
- Looking for a long-term fit
- Budget handling experience and knowledge
- Ability to work in the field (PMs will report to the field)
