Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Project Manager
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning and budgeting through execution and closeout.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding, anticipating, and exceeding client objectives and needs.
- Develop, estimate, and value engineer project budgets in collaboration with internal teams.
- Lead the subcontractor bid process - issuing documents, tracking bids, and managing subcontractor buyouts and contracts.
- Plan and schedule projects, including building master schedules that incorporate both preconstruction and construction phases.
- Coordinate subcontractors and field teams to ensure smooth progress, quality work, and adherence to timelines.
- Monitor and control project costs through ongoing evaluation of labor, material, and equipment; forecast financial outcomes.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld on every job, and develop project-specific safety plans and quality plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, developers, and other stakeholders throughout project delivery.
- Lead key project meetings - including job start meetings, quality walks, and coordination sessions.
- Communicate clearly across teams, both verbally and in writing, to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and project staff.
- Support business development efforts by engaging with current and potential clients and participating in presentations/interviews

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management
- 5-7 years of experience in Construction, experience managing multiple projects at a time
- TI and ground-up experience
- Experience in self perform (demolition, carpentry, etc)
- Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical.
- Working knowledge of commercial construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
- Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
