Description
Oversee the full lifecycle of a ground-up tilt-up office building project, including pre-construction coordination, scheduling, budget control, and subcontractor management.
Lead weekly OAC, subcontractor, and internal project meetings, ensuring clear communication and effective progress tracking.
Maintain strict compliance with project specifications, government regulations, safety standards, and quality control requirements.
Collaborate closely with field teams, superintendents, design partners, and client stakeholders to proactively resolve issues and keep the project on schedule.
Manage project documentation - RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay apps, and closeout materials.
Profile
5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager on ground-up construction projects, with a strong focus on government and tilt-up buildings.
Proven ability to manage complex schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance on multimillion-dollar projects.
Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills, with the ability to build trust and keep teams aligned.
Proficiency with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with a commitment to delivering quality work.
