Job Description

  • Manage all phases of education construction projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment with client requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Monitor project performance and implement solutions to mitigate risks and resolve challenges.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and manage subcontractor agreements effectively.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
