Job Description
As the Project Manager, reporting to senior operational leadership, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of scopes across major data center projects.
You Will
- Manage full lifecycle from preconstruction to commissioning
- Oversee mechanical, electrical, and specialty trade partners
- Review drawings, specs, and submittals for constructability and alignment
- Resolve field issues and support real‑time technical problem‑solving
- Coordinate systems integration, QA/QC, and turnover processes
- Lead cost control, risk tracking, and change management
- Maintain accurate documentation through construction management platforms

The Successful Applicant
For The Senior PM, We Are Seeking
- 8 years of experience overseeing large commercial or data center builds
- Strong background in mechanical, electrical, controls, and commissioning practices
- Experience with technical facilities such as labs, data centers, or industrial projects
- Ability to lead trade partners, drive accountability, and ensure quality delivery
- Strong communication and coordination skills across cross‑functional teams
- Willingness to travel for major project assignments
