Description
The Project Manager - Custom Homes will:
- Manage all phases of custom home construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are upheld.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
