Job Description
- Manage all core project management responsibilities including RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, and day‑to‑day project coordination.
- Oversee diverse commercial projects across healthcare, K‑12, upfit, and light industrial sectors up to $20-30M.
- Lead project execution in a lean team structure (PM, Super, APM, and occasional Assistant Super).
- Collaborate with field teams, Senior PMs, and the VP to drive schedule, budget, and quality outcomes.
- Report out of the Charlotte office with project sites across the Charlotte metro region.
The Successful Applicant
- 5-8 years of combined APM/PM experience; strong APMs with 3 years and proven PM responsibilities will also be considered.
- Must demonstrate hands-on experience with RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, and standard PM documentation (critical requirement).
- Background in general commercial, K‑12, high-end commercial/corporate upfits, or MOBs.
- Multifamily experience not ideal, but strong multifamily candidates open to transitioning sectors may be considered.
- Salary: Target range around $120-125k for a 5-8 year PM, depending on experience.
- Compensation model: Bonus-heavy with project-based bonuses paid upon completion multiple times per year.
- Guaranteed: $10k bonus in the first year (typical target ~ $20k).
