Job Description
The Project Manager will oversee multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with leadership and internal teams.
- Manage 2-5 projects simultaneously in various stages
- Oversee project financials, scheduling, and overall execution
- Handle buyout, subcontractor management, and change orders
- Collaborate closely with Project Executives and field teams
- Lead client communication and maintain strong relationships
- Work cross-functionally with internal support staff for submittals and documentation
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

The Successful Applicant
- 5 years of experience with a commercial general contractor
- Experience managing projects cradle-to-grave
- Background in TI and/or light ground-up projects preferred
- Procore experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- $100,000 - $130,000 base salary (dependent on experience)
