Job Description

The Project Manager will:

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects (remodels, tenant build-outs, and ground-up builds)
• Oversee project lifecycle: planning, estimating, scheduling, execution, and closeout
• Develop and maintain project budgets, timelines, and forecasts
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Lead and support field teams, including superintendents
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Identify risks and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Project Manager Candidate Will Have

• 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Proven experience managing projects up to $5M (or similar scope)
• Background in retail, multi-site, or open-store remodels preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
