Job Description
The Project Manager will:
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects (remodels, tenant build-outs, and ground-up builds)
- Oversee project lifecycle: planning, estimating, scheduling, execution, and closeout
- Develop and maintain project budgets, timelines, and forecasts
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Lead and support field teams, including superintendents
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Identify risks and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Project Manager Candidate Will Have
- 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven experience managing projects up to $5M (or similar scope)
- Background in retail, multi-site, or open-store remodels preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
- Competitive base salary: $90,000-$120,000, based on experience and qualifications.
