Project Manager - Commercial Interiors

The Project Manager will lead tenant improvement and interior build-out projects ranging from $500K to $8M. These projects are fast-paced and design-driven, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining schedule and budget control.

Description

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and design teams
• Oversee budgeting, buyout, change management, and scheduling
• Coordinate subcontractors in occupied and downtown environments
• Ensure quality control and timely project delivery

Profile

• 5 years of commercial interior construction experience
• Strong understanding of MEP coordination and finishes
• Proficiency with Procore and scheduling software
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects
