Job Description
- Develop, manage, and maintain complete project schedules while serving as the primary owner for all schedule‑related communication and issue resolution.
- Oversee full project financials, including preparing, issuing, negotiating, and executing client‑facing change orders.
- Lead OAC meetings by driving agendas, documenting minutes, tracking action items, and aligning all stakeholders on key project priorities.
- Partner closely with architects, subcontractors, and clients to maintain quality standards and ensure best‑in‑class project outcomes.
- Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and maintain strong project documentation and communication throughout the lifecycle.
